How can you tell wot runes and mods you have unlocked - Guild Wars Forums

Can anybody tell me if there is a way of finding out which weapon mods and runes I have unlocked in the game with out creating a PVP character.

head to any pvp arena - you don't need a pvp char for this

first one in post searing, ascalon city
see that other swirl you didn't use yet?

go see the priest of baltazaar (sp?)
